Loggerhead Turtle Photos

I went out on a Turtle Patrol on Hilton Head Island and when the nest was inventoried (3 days after the natural emergence happened) there were eight hatchlings that we released in the Atlantic Ocean. The nests usually hatch at night, so having the dawn light on them was a rare treat.
